Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales made on Chilankaa.com are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product descriptions, images, sizing information, and other details before completing their purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we request that the issue be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a request, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing/opening video

  • Photos (if requested)

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for any damage or incorrect product claims.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

  • Capture the entire unboxing process

  • Clearly display the issue with the product

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Once the issue is verified by our support team, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Pre-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered


Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

The exact time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


Return Shipment for Approved Claims

If a damaged or incorrect product claim is approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup through our courier partner, or

  • The customer may be asked to ship the product back as instructed by our support team.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
