However, order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products listed as pre-order items will be delivered within 20–30 days from the date of purchase.

We deliver across India. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be shown during checkout.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Chilankaa.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales made on Chilankaa.com are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, the following is required:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing/opening video showing the issue

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition.

Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once verified, we may provide a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
